Day 2 in the Books!
We had a great day today! The students worked collaboratively to create structures out of gum drops and tooth picks, and the students' creations were amazing! See pics and video below.
Tomorrow we will begin our switches! We will stay in HR until support at 9:25, and then we will switch from 10:30-11:15 and 11:15-12:00.
Remember to bring the supplies listed on the parent letter by Friday, August 10th. Also, please remember to sign up for the Remind app for time critical updates.
Forms went home today for both Soccer and Cross Country. Please complete the forms and return them to school. Thanks!
Friday we will be having a strings demonstration with Dr. Palmer. Students will have the opportunity this year to take orchestra for FREE. This is a great opportunity to get involved in music with little or no cost.
Next week we will begin giving conduct marks. Please keep in mind that habits such as talking in the hallway and speaking when your teacher is speaking will result in conduct marks that could affect your desired middle school, so please keep that in mind!
